I got mine from my YT channel, and I got my YT channel name from my full name with a random word at the end of it, which ended up being the word “random”. The best part of my name is you can add anything to the end of it, and it’l sound good.

Changed my name to Cyx, then I needed to change my middle name, so I changed it to Xavier, didn’t want my username to be anything special or necessarily giving away my first name, so I just put Xavier M. cause no one gives a shit about a middle name.
