@Haven It seems a lot of mentel strain comes from the fact that people just don’t understand. Understanding is far more powerful than a lot of people realize. It’s a lot to have our challenges, but simply having someone understand is like a sigh of relief. A lot of people try to get their parents to understand them, but it usually results in a lot of fights and arguments. Some parents think they know everything about their child. And think they know everything they need. Visually, depression looks evil. But that doesn’t make someone evil because you’re depressed. Anxiety is fear. But you’re not evil because you’re scared. ADHD is an attention you can’t keep straight. But that doesn’t make you evil for it.

Having your mom pray over you might seem insulting, but maybe let her do what she’s doing. If she thinks it will help, it’s not like it will harm anyone, yknow? I think it could only help. Im not saying because you’re “posessed” but depression and anxiety is a shadow that needs everything to remove the clouds. It might feel pretty much like a cycle from what I understand. Your parents causing you a portion of how you feel, causing them to think you’re evil, then they pray that you won’t be depressed, but the reasoning for it all…is…literally…right there…

Anyways, I am not sure what mental facilities do besides make you feel more depressed for your situation, but. I hope you’re alright. Physically is all I can ask for. Please let me know more when you get the chance.
