Yeah so, is this worth it
-
although, i have heard it’s a really good one, so i do suggest it
-
JDP_Random aand ima just block you now
-
@Tohru Im not even lying i got a whole picture of it
-
@beelzebub Thanks for actual advice
-
just so you know, not being good with specs and being oblivious to technology are two different things, I know how a fucking LAN cable works and im not retarded enough to actually believe what you are saying is true :)
-
I wasn’t lying, I think Its only true for my PC then, because everyone’s computers are different
-
@Tohru I know this is a bit late, but a 1650 should be more than enough to run valorant at a decent FPS, Not the best, but it will still work just fine
-
@CaptainPresto How about this? https://www.newegg.com/p/1VK-01S3-00BM2
-
@Tohru It’s a very impressive PC for being that small.
But the only concern is, a 1050 graphics card is very outdated, may have trouble running a game like Valorant
-
@Tohru Also i would stray away from 3rd party companies like that
-
@CaptainPresto https://playvalorant.com/en-us/specs/
these are the specs and it says that gtx 1050 TI runs it at high end so idrk -
@Tohru Yeah a lot of game companies will absolutely lowball the spec requirements.
Like, a 1050 could run it, but you’d have to play it at such low graphics settings, its not worth it.
Plus, 1000 bucks for that tiny gaming PC with such a low end graphics card? Thats likely a ripoff.
-
@CaptainPresto So what specs would you recommend yourself for playing Valorant then?
-
@Tohru Im just basing this off graphics card, cause thats the only thing i would base that off of,
But anything in the 20 series for sure, a 1650 is probably the lowest series i would get for gaming.
An i5 or better would also be recommended for gaming.
At least 16 gigs of memory too, if you plan on running discord and/or google at the same time.
You can get a pretty cheap PC with those components these days
-
@CaptainPresto so based off of what you’re saying here, is this ideal? https://www.amazon.com/Dell-Gaming-Desktop-Computer-Bluetooth/dp/B0BJFBWJB1/ref=sr_1_4?keywords=GTX+1660+Ti&qid=1679276413&refinements=p_n_feature_four_browse-bin%3A2289793011&s=pc&sr=1-4
-
@Tohru Yes, as long as you’re only trying to run windows 10, and not windows 11, its a little too outdated for windows 11, but Valorant should run fine on that
-
@CaptainPresto https://www.amazon.com/ASUS-Generation-Hexa-Core-i5-11400F-DisplayPort/dp/B0BS3CZ4ZT/ref=sr_1_11?keywords=GTX+1660+Ti+windows+16GB+ram&qid=1679277006&s=pc&sr=1-11 based off of the advice you’ve given me i’ve found this PC and I think this should be good enough, right?
-
@Tohru Yeah, I’d put that on the list, maybe do some more research, a product that has 0 reviews on amazon scares me.
-
@CaptainPresto lol, ok thx man ly
-
@CaptainPresto found the same on one bestbuy with over 150 reviews so it should be good right
