I'm so happy I wanna cry

I just got home from the date (basically the entire day) with zof and we texted while I was heading home. Then once I got home and settled down we called and we have a music playlist we listen to all the time and well… I just sat down once I knew she started getting tired and I out of nowhere started singing her favorite song in the playlist. “You and me” by “lifehouse” and she got so damn happy when I started singing it to her. We went one by one through the songs in just whatever order we wanted and I just sang her to sleep. I genuinely am so happy I want to bust down in tears smiling.
