Perma ban and it's meaning

so we (the mods) have received a few DMs regarding the return of an old member here.
Unfortunately as much as I’m sure y’all want him back… he won’t be back. the user in question is Toxic. as it is he will not be coming back but with that out of the way we’ll discuss what Perma/IP/permanent banning is.You get likely three strikes for smaller rules. whatever a mod seems as fit for your ban is what sticks unless we decide otherwise. as the community member please do not try and shorten it in any way other than appealing your ban. while it may be difficult to appeal it is possible. Understand that we as mod do not want to ban people. it is not something that we just seek out for no reason. we ban if we feel it is justified and will give a reason almost every single time.
the fact of what is going on is that Perma means Perma. it is nothing against the person banned but they did it either too many times or too bad a crime. while in most cases you’re given three “warnings” some are bad enough to be given perma despite warnings.
all i ask is people please don’t ask for perma banned people to come back. more than likely. its a no

This is so stupid. Toxic should get a chance just like everyone else. If he messed up again, permanently ban him. He’s a good guy.

There is a major difference at what Toxic did and what others like Laws and Lav did, compared to them, Toxic isn’t really all that bad.

Wasn’t the month ban for toxic canon?
There were worse and I see they didn’t get in trouble for alike a permaban.

@7o2_China we simply do our jobs the right way. Say you broke a rule and it was worthy of perma. No matter how liked you are in the community you’re gone. If you ERP in a public non consensual way and ask multiple times for nudes (toxic) you’re banned. No matter the reputation you had

No, but like idk how y’all put up with people yelling at you for banning their friends, or for literally DOING YOUR JOB?! Like bro, your job is to keep the community decently clean and they’re getting upset with you for doing your job? Huh?😭 then with what Izzy said, sorry izzy, I love you but like no, it’s not JUST his and presto’s fault, mods have to make decisions in which they ALL agree in.
