And I didn’t have the big pads I use now.

So I had these small thin pads for my HEAVY FLOW

Which didn’t work at all :,D

the cramps
the blood
the fact some days bleed more than other days so you either have to wear different pads (or tampons) or just change the ones you use more often and run through the pack

and later period cramps get worse
they don’t hurt as bad the first 1-2 years in but they happen a lot
but after the first 2 years, they only happen like once or twice but hurt sO BAD
