No, I didnโt actually, sadly. I caught him,
But before you guys yell at me that itโs kinda cruel to do that to an animal, I did NOT keep him, and I did not FORCEFULLY grab him.
I went outside to get a juice from the fridge cause itโs hot as hell, and the first thing I see is something stuck in a bucket, and earlier today I saw a cat in our backyard and since we have chickens I got scared because sometimes cats attack chcikens, so I chased the cat out are yard and I SLIPPED๐, anyways, so when I went outside and saw something stuck in the bucket I immediately thought it was the cat killing our chickens so I dropped my juice and I ran over there with no shoes, and I got cut and stabbed by hella rocks but I didnโt care cause I thought the chickens were getting hurt, and I canโt lose another pet, so I ran over there, and I see the bird stuck in the bucket, and I realized why he went into the bucket to begin with which was because he was trying to eat our chickens food, but then I took him out and took him inside to check if he had any injuries then I let him go :) ๐๐
Also, I took this as a sign.
Earlier this morning, I had to take my best friend (aka my dog, Shadow) into the vet, he has a virus and theyโre saying itโs a 50/50 chance heโll make it, but from what theyโre seeing he may not cause it seems really bad, and seeing that bird thst looked so much like a dove made me feel at peace knowing if my dog left, heโd be in peace, and if not heโd be fine (my dog is currently being hospitalized for four days.)๐ค
Anyways, hereโs the video of me letting go of the bird :)
