When an operator (a person who is allowed to ban others, using bouncer) bans somebody, Bouncer bans it for as long as the operator wants it to be banned. Which is why, in The Roleplay Room, people can be banned for infinite time. When the 60 minutes is up, they get rebanned.
Generally the people who get banned are NOT innocent.
This is because Operators enforce rules.
If a rule is broken several times, the person breaking said rule will be banned.
