My whole family thinks I'm starving myself right now 🧍♀️

I just got dizzy (Idk if it’s actually dizziness but it’s all I could think of to call it. Basically my vision started going black, I felt woozy, and I was swaying a lot.) and my parents think it’s because I haven’t eaten. Then I told my parents I’ve gone longer than that without eating and I was fine and that’s when they started suspecting me of “starving” myself.
Istg I’m not. Not purposely at least. My mom keeps talking to me about how dangerous being insecure can be and now she wants me to start working out with her again if it’s “really that bad.” My dad is forcing food down my throat (even food I’ve openly disliked for years) and won’t let me skip a single meal. My grandpa is starting to serve himself less just so there’s enough food for me. I appreciate the thought but I’m not starving myself -._-.
They’re honestly such hypocrites tho (my parents, not my grandpa). They’re talking about me needing to eat but the only reason I don’t eat is because there’s either never enough time for me to eat or there’s nothing I like to eat. They haven’t gone grocery shopping since last month. We’re out of milk, so close to being out of eggs. Wtf am I supposed to eat??? I hate oatmeal with water and we’re out of milk. I absolutely despise scrambled eggs and I always end up poaching my sunny side ups and my mom won’t get off her ass to at least HELP me. And I never have time to eat because every morning I get up to make my sisters breakfast so THEY don’t starve because my parents are lazy as fuck. So when it’s time for me to make my food, class is already starting, so half the time I literally just skip breakfast.
It’s just so stupid that they’re trying to make me feel bad for “starving myself” when I’m literally just trying to be responsible? Yeah, sure, sometimes I think I’m fat but I would NEVER and I mean NEVER do that to myself, and it sucks that they act like they know me so well but don’t know that.
