@Haven Thereâs got to be something about you needing consent for this. Probably not since Iâm assuming youâre younger than 18. Itâs just not right of a parent to do that in general though. Therapy is a good tool for anyone, but she should be telling you which thing sheâs even doing - and that sheâs signing you up for something in the first place! I know youâre scared about whatâs going on, and I donât know if you can straight up as whatâs up, but maybe tell your mom youâd like to go to therapy? If you tell her that, maybe sheâll be more inclined to chose signing you up for therapy rather a hospital.
