I am really declining, I have a therapy session in August because the therapist is really booked and itβs a family therapistβ¦ I heard sheβs really good at what she does but I feel that the therapy is too far awayβ¦
I had a fight with my dadβ¦
And Iβve been hearing more consistent knocking and my parents calling my name when they arenβt around.
Iβm getting more stressed by the day and more suicidal by the day.
I hope that I make it by Friday let alone by the end of this month.
