my day has been alright. Better than yesterday when I had 3 panic attacks and couldn’t eat or else i’d vomit. Today I was not only able to eat, but I didn’t have any panic attacks, and the day was actually pretty swell :) kinda sad I can’t see my bf today but oh well. I hope your day was alright. <3
