potential medical emergency i need opinions/help for/with

so i have this really strange pain in my side (not a cramp) that i’ve never experienced before, and i do have one idea as to what it could be, but i just wanna see if anybody else knows what this could be

it’s been like this since 7:10, so about an hour and 20 minutes since its started. it feels like i’m being stabbed
