Thank you. Just by you saying that it really made me smile. Thank you. And I happy to hear you say that depression is just temporary. For about 8 years now I’ve been thinking to myself if this is going to get any better and by you saying that it will be just makes me think “whoa I should really listen to someone else then just myself.” Thank you Aki. Yeah I been dealing with social anxiety for 7 years. I sometimes feel it’ll be this way forever, but I just needed to find someone who’ll help me get through this shit, and I’m grateful to have had found him, he helped me through a lot of shit, and I’m sure you’ve found or will find someone who’ll help you through this journey as well. -

To be honest Rylie, I have had over 7 suicide attempts. Of course I had to talk about it and it helped a lot by talking to my therapist. I guess, the first step of figuring this out is "What is causing this?". Whether it deals with family or even yourself. Then you have to find someone you trust to personally vent to. That is what helped me. Maybe it would help you. -
