Cuz I met a really really nice mute a few moments ago and no one wants to be her friend cuz she can’t speak. Me personally I think it’s rude, but if you wanna be her friend ig you can check if she’s still on, just saying.

I mean I get why they would want to do that but you get a chance to just interact with people in a normal way that you wouldn’t usually get to and don’t use it to your advantage? Of like, being not mute, even if it’s just virtually?
