Poem I made 10/18/21 (was before I actually got good at poems but still- I was fucked up man.)

It seems that I cry every night
From sudden hurt to sudden freights
I know it doesn’t all sound right but
Listen…I cry all night

I say it’s fine but is it really
To feel the pain and feel so dreary
All the sorrow and loss of others
Build and builds upon my shoulders

It sounds so wrong I think to myself
I can’t escape no crying for help
I did this all just not to scream
“HELP! SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME!”

Don’t listen to what they say
Maybe? Or not today…
Ignore and turn away
It was never okay either way

You said it now it’s a part of me
The sadness and dread oh the silent scream
Of terror and fear and just plain hurt
Never knew this would be my life before

I say I’m fine just not to worry
I’m running out of time so would you hurry
It’s building up just let me scream for help
But nothing comes out but a tiny yell

Don’t listen to what they say
You never had it anyways
Ignore them and turn away
No more empathy or sunny days

We’re all going to end soon
Wake up do it before noon
Don’t cry and yell just never tell
Just let it all out tomorrow.
