He can’t use the phone so whenever I’m using it he turns around and be like:

Brother: Can I use the phone?
Me: No, I’m using it.
Brother: looks over at my dad sleeping BUT YOUR NOT EVEN SUPPOSED T BE USING IT!
Dad: wakes up and takes phone
Me: goes to bed out of anger
Brother: uses phone without permission
