My life is been really really messed up lately and I just haven’t talked about it

I have a problem with shutting down and shutting out my emotions when I really need to be going through them and dealing with them and my therapist just told me that and I didn’t listen and she told me I was gonna break down 1 day and it happened.

My mental health is in the absolute dumpster right now so excuse me if I seem off or I get really snappy.
