Either way usually you’ll be ok by drinking something warm, if you’re cold after letting the warmth settle- then you need to get it checked

@Serco915 Well. Consuming cold/hot things makes your body feel that way a bit. People drink hot chocolate to warm up and drink iced tea to cool off.
