Something might be wrong with me

So for a long time, my left lung has been causing me pain when I inhale, it doesn’t happen often or all the time. But today, with every breath I take, it’s like a stabbing pain in my left lung specifically.
I don’t know what’s wrong with me, but when I bring it up with my dad he refuses to believe it’s anything serious, and wont take me to get looked at.
If I die, well, I’m sure y’all will know because I’ma stop being here- duh.

Potential causes of lung pain include respiratory infection, pleurisy, tuberculosis, pneumonia, asthma, or pulmonary embolism. Pain in the lung area may also be related to heart or intestinal tract issues. People often cite “lung pain” to describe the pain they feel in their chest.
