Bear was banned permanently, here's why.

So, as some of you may or may not know, Bearr was actually Toxic. For those of you who don’t recognize “Toxic,” he was an individual that sent dick pics to people, or, more specifically, minors. On this very site.

So, this entire time, he’d been here, ban evading.
Most moderators (or administrators) collectively decided it would be best to permanently ban Bearr/Toxic. Before you come at me, or any specific moderator, I would like to say: Don’t just blame an individual, or just a few moderators who decided it. I’m aware many of you will be upset with this, and might even try to argue against it, although it already happened. I would prefer it if you blamed us as a group or just don’t at all; going as far to not tell you who specifically said it would be best.

I would like to apologize in advance to the friends of Bearr, as you won’t be able to contact him any further unless you know him in real life.
That is all, and I hope you understand to some extent why he was banned.
