Do’s:

- Do stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day.
- Do get enough sleep each night, as lack of sleep can lead to dull, tired-looking skin.
- Do be gentle when cleansing and applying skincare products, avoiding rough scrubbing or pulling on the skin.
- Do perform regular facial massages to improve blood flow and promote collagen production.
- Do consult with a dermatologist if you have any concerns about your skin or if you experience persistent issues like acne or rosacea.

- Don’t smoke or expose yourself to secondhand smoke, as both can damage your skin and accelerate aging.

- Don’t skip meals or eat unhealthy foods, as a balanced diet is essential for maintaining healthy skin.

@finneass I try to help with this kind of stuff too, Because most of the people here are teens, and Teens are prone to acne no matter who you are, nobody got perfect skin
