Let's Talk, Respecting Boundaries. (warning, long post but TL;DR at the end)

I’ve been meaning to post about this for awhile but it’s been slipping my mind, so lets talk. I’ve noticed in this community that people have an issue with respecting boundaries, honestly not just on forums but MPP too. So here’s the deal, it’s really simple. If someone has you blocked? Leave them alone. That’s not an invitation to try and talk to them through your friends, through alt accounts/_ids, or to try and force them to talk on other platforms. If someone asks you to leave them alone, leave them alone. That doesn’t mean spam their dm’s or get your friend to do it. And I get it, it’s annoying being blocked or asked not to talk to someone who was your friend for what seems like no reason sometimes and it seems “unfair” or something, but the block button is a button people have the right to use without giving you any explanation. And if someone asks you to stop doing something (e.g. flirting with them, forcing yourself onto them, trying to ERP with them, starting arguments with them, etc.) then stop. It really isn’t that hard to respect other peoples boundaries and stop when asked to. From now on, this will be considered harassment and will result in a ban that is based on severity. This also includes siccing your friends to attack people which will result in a ban of you and that friend, so make smart choices. TL;DR- Respect people. If you’re blocked, leave this person alone. If someone asks you to leave them alone, leave them alone. If someone asks you to stop, then stop. From now on this will be considered harassment and will result in a ban based on the severity and general situation.
