When it comes to pride a lot of people have the misconception that it is something that’s meant to be ALL about the LGBTQ+ community when it is, in fact, a lot more than that.

Pride celebrates the concept of love as a whole, as well as equality. Pride celebrates the existence of difference in the world. Pride exists to acknowledge that nobody in this world is the same; how we identify, who we love, it’s something built within us and it’s all different according to who we are. Obviously there’s things that shouldn’t be celebrated that people try to put into pride ( which, those things are heavily shunned from the community )
