i was falling asleep with a yt vid a few mins ago, and then i like cant breathe. im gasping for air and now it hurts to cough my chest hurts it hrts in my throat i don’t know what i did wrong but it was something

@whatswrongwith-me Might be obstructive sleep apnea it causes tight chests, chest pain, and breathing difficulties while sleeping/dozing off it’s harmless for the most part but don’t take my advice though
