JDP_Random i do the same with writing lol, this was a vent i thought of that one of my characters might actually write
I define healthy habits as biting my nails and shivering. Scientists say it’s not good for me, but science doesn’t know everything. Everything doesn’t have an explanation so we just have to roll with it. Like how there is a huge round ball on fire in the sky that no one questions. Me, Ella didn’t ever question weird things. They were there, doing whatever they were doing, and that’s all. If you question things and don’t find answers, you’re going to keep searching and searching and searching. All that time and effort, gone, wasted, and now you’re stressing about it. However, even if you don’t try and have stress, it’s still there! What the heck brain?! My therapist gave me one of those ‘stress balls.’ I was disappointed when she told me I wasn’t supposed to throw them at people which gave me stress. I have a massive amount of stress, anxiety, social awkwardness, and depression. I’m tired all the time, told I’m not good enough and need to ‘grow up.’ I prefer not normalizing my biggest fear. People say my weaknesses are easy to overcome, but it’s not! If they were, I’d be over them. If a random person was afraid of spiders, I wouldn’t go ask them to lay in a pile of spiders! I thought society was nicer, but I was horribly wrong. -
