This morning I had to max out on bench today. I only got too 185 for one rep. But Tomorrow we have to max out squat. My last max was 155. But today one of my friends where squatting 2 plates and I was like “I can do that.” I went under the bar and squatted it like 3 or 4 times. Heavy but easy. I saw my sheet for the max I had to do tomorrow for squatting. It’s 205. BUT if I can do that about 3 times I’m going for a 1 rep for about 305.

I dont know what day it is but my mom got me late to school so I didn’t have time to squat today. Its bs.
