@Hexed-To-Death so honestly, this is also a warning to you folks, who- a lot of you seem to also be in the trans community, I myself am also in this community and I am VERY grateful my dad gave me this piece of information. It is so important that the knowledge of adolescence even exists so this way we donβt fuck up our brains too fast.

Honestly, you are not ready to transition if weβre being completely honest until your life 25 because your body isnβt even completely developed until you turn 25 and the fact that parents are letting their 13 or 14 year old child transition is crazy

It is 1 thing to let your child present themself a different way into let them identified as a different gender but laying them completely reassigned their gender before they hit 18 is insane

in my opinion, you should not be able to use hormone blockers, pronouns besides he and she unless you are over 24, which is where people actually get a grip on life.

@Leader-Of-Femboys totally agree with this, whole heartedly. Another thing I want to say because you brought up pronouns: The whole neo-pronoun bullshit is also a problem too. I personally think itβs a fucking mockery of the whole identity thing in the first place. People take it so far to the point of emoji pronouns, noun-pronouns (honk/honkself or beep/beepself) and use it as a mean of saying itβs a coping mechanism for them but honestly- this whole βcopeβ thing is actually mind blowing. This was never the case till now, and my dadβs friends that are trans/FULLY transitioned, have said that the kids wanting to have all these new pronouns and shit is an actual mockery to them and actually fucking shits on the real true aspect of what it means to be trans, because the whole pronoun system, WAS ORIGINALLY TO MAKE FUN OF TRANS PEOPLE!!!

okay i agree with this post so much tbh
alright, im trans and i wanna be trans but like i still dont know what i want in life yet and that kinda affects the point of wanting to even change my gender permanently bc im trans. us woman dont exactly know what we want all the time and we change our minds a lot and its really hard to end up changing our minds when some of our parents just dont care what we do so they agree to some kids having a transition. and honestly the whole hormone blocker things thats kinda over the edge of someone who is like at least 10 or older from the age of like at least 18. 18 your an adult legally so i would say for it to sort of be okay for an 18 year old to make that choice but caitlyn jenner i think is who it is wanted and said that she was a woman and then now shes saying that changing what gender she was was the worst thing shes ever done. its just really confusing how some parents just dont care what their kid does at a young age. i mean ig if your kid knew exactly what they wanted in life and full on knew they wanted to be trans and they wanted to give their current gender up to be another gender then ig i would allow that but not everyone is going to not change their minds on it. its a big step in life. i mean i say i wanna be a dude and i say that i feel like im a dude in a female body but ik that once i get older ill actually know either or not i actually want to change my body to be another gender.
