So storytime: My PE teacher

@52o_Angiee Oh my gosh…Yeah, I know exactly what you mean. Freshman year of highschool, I had this gym coach that was nice, but also very bazzar. He singled me out the entire year, and I figured it was due to my past extreme shyness. But it was always very weird with him. The second day of school (first day I had his class), he made me cry because he got very close, very up in my face, and called me out for not participating in our “icebreaker game.” That did not break the ice, let me just say that. One of the more popular girls even stopped me in the hall and asked if I was okay after that experience. I said I was alright because what else was I really supposed to say? Throughout the year, my coach made comments like, “You have beautiful long hair,” “I like your pants” and said I was a “good runner” (laps was our warm up). The comments might not sound bad, but it feels bad when he announces his compliment in front of everyone. He never complimented anyone. As I said before, I was obviously very singled out. I wasn’t worried about being a favored student in general as I was usually favored since I didnt make trouble. But that was discrete and definitely not open. And the fact that he made it blatantly obvious, and made comments that would make anyone uncomfy, made it odd for me. I am pretty athletic for never joining any teams or sports, and this coach encouraged me to join his cross country team. I was highly werry of him, so I definitely didn’t want to join. At first, I guess I thought he was encouraging me as the shy kid, but I felt like his targetted comments on my looks was definitely a bit much. Luckily, gym was only half the year.

@Duchess yeah thats the same thing and he was like i was waiting for you to come to class anjela but wierdly

@52o_Angiee Yeah…that’s very odd… I wonder what’s up with gym coaches. The worst part about the coach I had was that he was openly Christian.

My current gym teacher smashed a kid through a glass door with a ball, because he didn’t clean up. It was on accident tho

Dodge ball here really do be feeling like world war 2, like one time I was playing and someone threw a ball at someone so hard they tripped and twisted their leg and had crutches for a month, the principal did nothing about it as that is a normal thing that happens at my school.
