Anyone can help?

When I made this account, it was very bright since I was logged on a light theme! How do I change it? I already went on setting but I didn’t see anything that could change it, Please help!

Go to the 3 dots again, Click “seetings” and you will see a category which haves “Default” in it, change it to whatever u want, I recommend the theme “Cyborg” It’s very dark and i like it
