@maybenot-finneas take a piece of paper, and draw random lines to make a repeated pattern and just continue until you’re like… calmed down

fidgeting my fingers, tapping them, touching each one with my thumb really fast cuz i mess up and want to get it perfect so it distracts me

I day dream a bit, draw random things then I get distracted. (My mind is always everywhere.)
