So, one day i was talking to someone and we talked for ahwile and we ended up talking all day,and we accidently fell asleep otp, and i woke up in the middle of the night they were still awake. i texted them and they ended up being in the middle of a mental break down, not being able to breathe etc. so i was calming them down, and they told me they “accidently”
cut them selfnow me, being the nice person i am, i’m trying to tell them its okay, and everything will be okay. evenutally they calm down and we start talking again and playing roblox togther. said person said “wanna see what i did earlier?” i said “sure!” expecting it to be art or craft. boy was i completely wrong. they sent me a pictures of thiercuts, and the blood was drippingi kinda passed out after seeing that, i used to have a bad sight of seeing ALOT of blood.
but all i remember before i passed out was them talking about how they were sorry, and them laughing after they said i’m sorry.Wow that is absolutely fucking horrible. That is gross. No one should ever EVER do this. I’m sorry but what kind of mentally ill lunatic would send someone pictures of their fresh self inflicted wounds. They laughed it off meaning there was no fucking remorse. I am so so so so so sorry. I remember this happened to my friend from her boyfriend, and I was absolutely furious I cursed him out and screamed at him. Look, idc how not-okay they are, they don’t have the right to traumatize you like that.

@S0ul3ssss that is absolutely fucking horrible. I am so sorry. :( I know how horrifying it is to see that and never get it out of your head. I was 4 when I saw my mom in her bedroom, and I’ll never forget it. I saw my friends sh, and I never forgot it, seeing my own is enough to make me scared all the time. That is just horrible. I’m so sorry.

@S0ul3ssss Honestly, I feel like people cutting themselves has become a trend. Too many people normalize it. It’s not normal. It’s not funny. And it’s not okay. I hope that person’s alright, but gosh. Why did she act chill about showing you? And it’s awfully rude she didn’t forwarn you either. Someone randomly dmed me about SH’ing on discord and I felt so uncomfortable because they sounded so upbeat about it. I genuinely feel like if you want to share your cuts and bruises, that’s when I draw the line. That’s when I feel like it’s attention seeking. And not to mention that when I messaged this person with concern, all they said was “Oh it’s okay” and “No need to worry.” If someone truly didnt want me to worry, they wouldnt tell me they SH’ed. Period.
