How do you tell someone your feelings?

I don’t really “vent” to people on mppc, i dont really tell people how i feel, no matter how close we are, bc i learned that no one wants to listen to my annoying ass problems 👍
So I just act like myself again bc obv if i say something like “im fine” they wont believe me, so if i say “im fine lol” they believe me. Thats something i learned bc i dont wanna annoy people 😕 -
