@Serco915 Personally, Im not sure if isolation is really the key but I get what you’re saying. Me time is a good thing but locking yourself in a room sounds a little harsh lol

@a7x-isbetter-thanu Breaking down and not ignoring the feelings at hand is better than feeling like you have to be “strong.” Whatever you define strong as, anyways. I was just listening to a talk today about how people these days don’t give themselves time to process their feelings. I think you should do an activity where you can think about things rather pretend everything’s fine. That’s kind of gaslighting yourself, yknow.
