why is everything constantly working together to upset me

i got my dad being himself
him inviting people over and taking up the whole living-room where i usually stay
them coming into the room i migrated to next as if deliberately trying to piss me off
me having to move into my room which has bad internet
they didn’t pay the internet bill so my service keeps fucking up
hot as shit
low intelligence internet users being so incredibly stupid it directly harms my mental health
the inactivity and lack of fun on this site right now
