me: still up but finally decides to move to my room so my dad doesnt get mad

9:00pm: only my mom cares

“Why did she already go to bed?”
“Must be nice to just go to bed whenever you want.”
“Why are you going to bed. I got up earlier and IM still awake.”

Alternate situation:

11pm: only my dad cares
“Goodnight, guys. Don’t stay up too late.” closes their bedroom door for the night

Needless to say, my dad is a lot nicer.
