My first day of highschool

Highschool is pretty chill fr, there where a whole bunch of kids in the halls so I had to weave through all them which was pretty easy, everyone is nice.
There are a whole buncha people going through every different phase.
People like to roll Gatorade bottles all the way across the gym room for very good reasons.

I’ve encountered many different types of people-
Two furries who would stalk people and bark at them for some reason.
Two anime fans who talked about pokemon and drew pictures of them at lunch while singing the pokemon go song with their voices cracking badly,
Two kids that would yell the words “Yellow Amongus” across the room for no reason.
Like 5 goths who where actually really chill fr,
Well except one who would stare at me menacingly through half of science so I had to build a small fort from binders to protect myself.

They messed up my schedule 3 times so i went to the wrong class 2 times and They had to reprint my schedule it 3 times. They didn’t even put my lunch schedule, but good thing my teacher told us to go so it was all cool.

So in general, It was pretty chill fr, pretty easy to find my classes, besides the very minor mistakes (:

can’t relate, i live in europe and here the teachers come to your class instead, and also i have nothing to fear, i am not afraid of high school (here known as secondary school which is optional and it’s basically 10th-13th grade)

you might as well, classes are 45 minutes long and i was in school until 12:35 at most (started at 7:30)

I’m aware that there’s this one goth student at my school, and honestly he’s really chill too. I’ve had some classes with him and we’ve worked together on some projects in Freshman, but other than that, I respect that he’s the type of person that prefers to be solitary for the most part. He’s awesome though.
Anyways, I’m glad you got through your first day, JDP :) - right before the first day, I received my schedule, but my brother’s was inaccurate as well, so he had to enter his classes that he wanted again, haha.
Sometimes the scheduling isn’t perfect the first time - I can understand that.

@A0x26 4 hours and 30 minutes long, with short 5 minute breaks between every, except after the 2nd one where we get a 15 minute break instead, which totals up to 5 hours and 5 minutes, and oh on fridays we were dismissed at 11:45, so there you go

@A0x26 In my middleschool, we only used two classrooms for every class we had, 8 in total.
Now I have to move for every one of my classes since almost all of the subjects are located in designated rooms.
The music room is my favorite though :D
JDP_Random are you taking any music theory/classes this semester?
