We finna cancel Pet land, this is beyond messed up…

First of all, that rabbit that I got, passed 2 days after we got her, because pet land sold us a sick rabbit.
So we walked right into that building and threatened their entire company and they decided to give us another rabbit as a refund??? They said no cash refund just another rabbit.
That’s just messed up
That’s like saying “oh your rabbit died here’s another rabbit as a refund” and then they just threw our other rabbit in the trash?!?

So then they where saying, “Oh you cant touch the rabbit for like a week or it’l be scared and have a heart attack”
and we told them that our rabbit was sneezing a lot and the other symptoms, and started speaking straight facts at them.
And they just said “oh all rabbits do that its normal, maybe you just don’t know how to treat them correctly…” These people are on a whole different level.

So we did everything they said and left the rabbit alone for a week with food and water.
turns out that rabbit was also sick and passed also 3 days after we got it, probably because they where in the same cage, and they also said that they just got them.
They then said sorry, and then said they wont give us any refunds at all…
