So some shit happened to me and it isn't lovley

So me and my family (Mom, dad, doggo) were home, we were in the car and about to get out when i hugged Roxy.
Her head went up cause she was squirming, Causing my bottom jaw to collide into my top. I went upstairs, crying in pain. I looked in the mirror and one of my permanent, PERMANENT bottom teeth were wiggling. Not that much but still. Eating- i couldn’t in the front. Too sensitive. In the night when i brushed my teeth, It was painful to brush there. About when i’m going to sleep, looking in the mirror, what do i see? A small chip taken out of one of my top front teeth. It isn’t a big chip but it was noticable if you looked. I’m fucking scared i’m gonna have to get veneers cause my bottom teeth are like going to fall out or something. Are they gonna be always sensitive now? I’m really hoping not.
