@Kumi-Hoshi Pretty sure it is oil. People use it before they put on makeup for either hydration or to make the makeup more shiny, or even both. I personally do it before bed so I wake up hydrated.

But yeah, I’m pretty sure that’s actually oil. Beauty oil tho, not oil you use to cook lmao
