I don’t really know what to say, so…
Your mental health is just as necessary as your physical health. If your physical deteriorates, so can your mental and vice versa. Without one, it is hard to have the other.
When you laugh, your body releases a drug called serotonin, but it’s also called a natural body chemical. High serotonin levels can make people more focused, emotionally stable, happier, calmer, and often helps with depression and is an important ingredient in anti-depressants.
So, it is sort of truthful that a smile is a good medicine.
