One. My Loose tooth is ready to come out but something inside my gums is tying up the bottom of the tooth, causing it to stick in place. I’m scared to pull it out. What do i do?

Two. 2 days ago, I coughed up blood from my throat no joke. What do i do then? It happened Yesterday too.
