okay so here’s a small story

one time, I woke up, terrible headache. absolutely horrible- i take a couple ibuprofen and wait. like, 15 minutes later I go on mpp and i realize that i cannot see in half of both of my eyes. i tell my mom after taking a nap and the headache is much worse and she doesn’t believe me- i search up the symptoms today and found out it might’ve been a retinal migraine??? like, wtf?-

i searched up the causes and none of them were possible causes other than dehydration but even then i drank so *too much water when I was younger

TL:DR: i got a headache and couldn’t see (with glasses) and apparently it was a retinal migraine

@Coffeebrew Usually a nap fixes things. Maybe sipping on your water next time might be better.

@Coffeebrew I’m not too sure about having severe headaches and being half-blind and both eyes being caused by overhydration because I drink a lot of water all the time and I generally just end up feeling really sick, but I do happen to have very poor vision in my left eye, but I’m 99% sure it’s unrelated because I’ve always had that problem

Then again, I do often have headaches but they’re never too bad, I generally get cluster headaches (described as suicide headaches because they’re “just that painful” though I never get thoughts of such when they happened because they do NOT hurt that bad?? I just hate them)

But I’ve never ended up not seeing because of it, and I’m no doctor but it may not be caused by drinking water, lol

And since I’m not a doctor, consider checking in with one
