Anonybot Rewrite Update

Im currently rewriting that bot and it will be updated soon

Changelog:

1. Adding Economy Commands
2. Change bot name to Æ ｢ 𝚊𝚑𝚎𝚕𝚙 ｣,
3. Adding more commands
4. Added Catagories: Utility, Economy, Unit, RP/Fun
5. Added new bot moderators
6. Midis are might be at Shop (not sure tho)
7. Adding bot to total 7 clients: ✧𝓓𝓔𝓥 𝓡𝓸𝓸𝓶✧, test/fishing, test/awkward, The Roleplay Room, lobby, Bro_67 Room,✧𝓓𝓜 𝓡𝓸𝓸𝓶✧
8. Updated permission system
9. Added rules

• Removed discord bridge
• midi command may be paid (if i put to shop)
• all shop items worth may increase
