this topic is not targeted to anyone but rather a reminder based on recent posts that i’ve seen in the community. please remind yourself that the age range of people on this site is about 10-23 and that some things such as sexual depictions or jokes should not be posted as they are not appropriate for the majority of the community. posting nsfw will result in a 1 hour mute from now on. so please, don’t post anything of this sort, if you need help determining the appropriateness of an image or post, please feel free to dm a moderator and we’ll be glad to help!

And even seeing such posts can make the older users uncomfortable, so age isn’t even the biggest factor.
Point being said, however, if it isn’t something you’d show a 5 year old or your grandma, don’t show it to just everybody who has access to it. -

this here too, i was mainly getting at the fact that even though people are gonna see it regardless we don’t want to encourage inappropriate content for the younger community

The point I’m trying to get at is, children shouldn’t be the only reason. Keep it to a friend group that would find it funny, because not everybody else will.
Other than that, if you feel like it’s a controversial thing that you shouldn’t post, ask a mod or simply don’t make the post. Even better, check the rules.
