I woke up this morning experiencing a really big ouchie (almost cried)

and you KNOW it’s bad when I have to search this up

Anyways, other than that, just like 30 minutes to an hour ago I felt this weird, painful sensation in my heart
Imagine someone reached inside your chest and squeezed your heart
That’s what that felt like

Apparently I either had an angina or I have pericarditis, the latter being… Real bad
