Depression
Depression is a mood disorder that causes a persistent feeling of sadness and loss of interest and can interfere with your daily Activities. Symptoms of depression can vary. Major depression can lead to a range of behavioral and physical symptoms. These may include changes in sleep, appetite, energy level, concentration, daily behavior, or self-esteem. Depression can also be associated with thoughts of suicide.
Anxiety-Stress Disorder
Anxiety Disorder Symptoms Common symptoms are:
Behavioral: hypervigilance, irritability, or restlessness
Cognitive: lack of concentration, racing thoughts, or unwanted thoughts
Whole body: fatigue or sweating
Also common: anxiety, excessive worry, fear, feeling of impending doom, insomnia, nausea, palpitations, or trembling
