      Hey, are you feeling emotionally and or physically exhausted? do you have a hard time creating bonds or staying in them? do you constantly talk bad about yourself or think that others are talking about you?

      You might have the common signs of depression and or Anxiety-Stress disorder.

      If you’re feeling any of the following I just listed, you need to seek a therapist or talk to a trusted adult.
      Or even a friend.

      You’re not alone. Here is a more detailed explanation of what depression and Anxiety-Stress disorder are.

      Depression

      Depression is a mood disorder that causes a persistent feeling of sadness and loss of interest and can interfere with your daily Activities. Symptoms of depression can vary. Major depression can lead to a range of behavioral and physical symptoms. These may include changes in sleep, appetite, energy level, concentration, daily behavior, or self-esteem. Depression can also be associated with thoughts of suicide.


      Anxiety-Stress Disorder

      Anxiety Disorder Symptoms​​ Common symptoms are:

      Behavioral: hypervigilance, irritability, or restlessness
      Cognitive: lack of concentration, racing thoughts, or unwanted thoughts
      Whole body: fatigue or sweating
      Also common: anxiety, excessive worry, fear, feeling of impending doom, insomnia, nausea, palpitations, or trembling


      If you are showing signs of any mental illness seek help from a trusted adult or call an Emergency hotline/Suicide Prevention
