I hate people who say they like my favorite characters

It irks me so bad like no they’re not yours they’re mine. they don’t even look into their personality or their backstory or why they act the way they do. It especially irks me so bad when they say " I’m literally [character] " no you aren’t bro. Do you know how much time and effort I put into lookin’ deep into that character? They only like the character for what they say and do, plus their looks. I look into the character and study them like test subjects. It especially pisses me off so bad when they dont even watch the entire movie / show what the character is in. They especially only watch it for the character. I get so protective over my favorite characters, It’s not even funny.
