Might be going mental but here's something I experienced in my school

One time I was walking down a hallway, it was near the end of school hours, and I was pretty out of it, but I could’ve sworn the halls got darker in the lights shined harshly against the floor tiles, and kept flickering every time someone spoke, which in a busy hallway happened all of the time. Nobody seemed to notice it at all, so I know I was hallucinating out of my damn mind lol, I’ve also had my experience of feeling like someone was following me down the hall when these hallucinations were happening. Pretty fucked up.

I tend to disassociate to combat harsh environments so the whole experience had left me so confused even when I was a walking corpse.
