In 1993, A man named Robert lee thinks that his house is haunted. He has seen and heard strange things in the house. He is convinced that there is something evil in his house. But in reality, he is the one haunting the house. He is the one making all the weird noises and doing all the weird things. He is the one who has been scaring his family and neighbors. He is the one who has been causing all the problems. It turns out that he is the one who has been haunting the house all along. His wife is the only one who can see him. Everyone thinks that Jessica, Robert’s Wife is crazy because she seems to be talking to herself. Months go by, The police show up at her door to Inspect the house because there have been many noise complaints. They find nothing so when they head off to leave they pass a room with Jessica inside. She is visibly talking to herself and she turns to look at the officers and smiles, “This is my husband, Robert lee.” The officers look towards each other and back at Jessica, "Ma’am there’s no one there. Jessica looks at her husband and chuckles in disbelief. “No, my husband is standing right here. What are you talking about?” One of the officers arrests the woman as a suspect in substance abuse. Her kids are taken away because there have been many complaints of her talking to herself laughing to herself and even making arguments with herself Which were very strange and very crazy. Too crazy for her to even have kids. More officers, The sheriff, and Conwill blaint, an Orphanage employee came to take her kids and take her to a mental institution. She begs and begs the police officers while trying to calm her scared kids to not take her but they don’t listen and drag her to the car thinking she’s Delusional. She tries to tell the doctors that she’s not crazy but no one believes her. Everyone thinks she has gone mad. She suffers for three long months in the mental institution With her roommate, Clair white. One day she asked the doctor if she can get any information on her husband, Robert. The doctor, Bill coldwin Searches for any documents on the computer he sees nothing about her having a husband at all. She asks again in frustration and desperation. When the doctor Digs further he finds that her husband has actually died during an overdose.
The wife slouches back in her seat, In disbelief that her husband has died so she screams and yells for the doctor to check again but to no avail. He calls the nurses to bring her back to her room and calm her down. She is given a heavy dose of Benzodiazepine to calm her down. Jessica passes out from shock and exhaustion.
